These terms govern your use of the dhartiorganics.co website and any export orders placed with Dharti Organics, a Delhi-based merchant exporter. By using this website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

Product specifications listed on this website are typical values based on recent lab testing. Natural products such as cow dung cakes, powder and organic manure may show minor batch-to-batch variation. Final specifications for a confirmed order are those stated on the accompanying lab report.

Orders are confirmed upon receipt of a signed proforma invoice and advance payment as agreed. Balance payment terms are specified per order and typically due against shipping documents.

Shipments are made under FOB or CIF Incoterms as agreed in writing for each order. Risk transfers in accordance with the agreed Incoterm. Estimated lead times are provided in good faith and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Samples are provided to help buyers evaluate product quality prior to ordering. Courier costs for samples may be charged to the buyer unless otherwise agreed.

Dharti Organics is not liable for delays or losses caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including shipping line delays, customs holds, or force majeure events.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Delhi.
